I posted this video on my personal blog last week, but was thinking it is great inspiration for those who like to give old things new homes-- like many of our Rambling Road shoppers! Whether you are finding great stuff on Craigslist like this girl, or at antique stores and estate sales, it is fun to see how great you can make your house look with your unique finds!

Christmas Decor Idea: Large Pinecones
We love the look of natural and more rustic Christmas decorations... thinks linen ribbon, burlap, pine cones and live greenery. Of course, a little "bling" can be mixed in to if that makes it feel more holiday! One great way to play on the rustic is to use large pinecones for decorating. We have a whole bin of them in the booth right now, and I am so smitten with the way they look! Here are a couple of ideas for how to use them:

Both photos are from Mrs. French, visit them for more ideas like these!
P.S. As always, if you are interested in purchasing some large pinecones from us and can't make it to Tin Pan Alley, just shoot us an email and we'll get some out to you tomorrow! We hope to have a more official web store soon, but until then, never hate to send an email!
